Yoga series consist of asanas done in sequence. The most common yoga series is Surya Namaskara or the Sun Salutation, originating in the Hatha Yoga system.Sequences can potentially create a benefit that is greater that the benefits of the sum of the individual poses.We’ll be discussing sequences and what you should know to create or practice them.
